We are friends and neighbors of Amilcar’s, who are in collaboration to demand justice and love for Amilcar Perez-Lopez.

We believe SFPD and the City are covering up the facts of the case to avoid any legal accountability for the unlawful death of Amilcar Perez-Lopez.

Our demands

We demand that SFPD immediately provide with any and all evidence of Amilcar’s shooting, including his autopsy report.

We demand that SFPD and Mayor Ed Lee accept accountability for the unlawful killing of Amilcar Perez-Lopez.

We demand a fair and unbiased criminal investigation into the killing of Amilcar Perez-Lopez. To achieve that end, we demand:

• D.A. Gascón recuse himself from this investigation, given his long career as a police officer and as former Chief of Police of San Francisco.
• A federal investigation into the shooting of Amilcar Perez-Lopez.

We demand the U.S. government immediately grant the father of Amilcar a humanitarian waiver/visa.

We demand an end to racist killings by police of young unarmed people of color like Amilcar. #BlackLivesMatter #BlackBrownUnity #BlackBrownSolidarity #NoJusticeNoPeace
